1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 8–10 business days. Delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Use it on the carrier’s website to check your delivery status.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns. Items must be in original condition. Contact us at shop@topfashionapparel.com to start a return.
5. Do I have to pay return shipping?
If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover the shipping cost. For unwanted items, the customer pays return shipping.
6. When will I receive my refund?
After we inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. You can return the item first and then place a new order for the size or product you want.
